THE TEMPEST

JULY 27 TO AUGUST 5

Shakespeare's classic tale of spirits, sorcery, monsters, maidens and shipwrecked scheming noblemen is brought to life on the Dunes stage.

'9 to 5'

AUGUST 10 TO 26

A workplace revenge fantasy in musical comedy guise, 9 to 5 is the Broadway musical comedy inspired by the classic Dolly Parton film. Three female co-workers, pushed to the boiling point by their chauvinistic boss, concoct a plan to get even with him — a plan that spins wildly and hilariously out of control.  A nostalgic laugh riot!

THE WOMEN

AUGUST 31 TO SEPTEMBER 16

A comedy-drama set in the glamorous Manhattan apartments of high-society women in the 1930's and also in Reno where they obtain their divorces.  It follows the gossip, bitchy wisecracking, and overall disillusionment that erupt among this group of socialite friends when their dearest and most envied learns of her husband's marital infidelity at the hands of a "backstabbing" shop girl. It presents an acidic commentary on the pampered lives and power struggles of various rich, bored wives and the other women they come into contact--all of whose main activity seems to be gossip.  Written by Clare Boothe Luce.
